Two must have tools for hanging sheetrock above your head.
1) panel lifter 
2) self feeding drywall screwdriver. 
I wish I learned this lesson sooner, before the basement bathroom, office and upstairs bathroom. At least I figured it out for the last 4 rooms including the laundry room this past weekend. Two simple tools save a ton of stress and backache. What used to take two people balancing on ladders and holding sheetrock against the rafters with your head, now is a single person job.
Saturday I wired the ceiling for lights and Mary installed the insulation. Halloween morning I hung up the laundry room ceiling while Mary and Zachary carved pumpkins. Next weekend we will tackle the lights, plumbing and maybe even sheetrock the walls.
